Eyelash extensions have become a beloved beauty secret to women of all ages over the past several years. They enhance the natural look of the eye, bringing youth and radiance to one’s appearance. Eyelash extensions are strands of synthetic hairs individually adhered with a special adhesive to one’s own lash that add length, thickness and fullness to natural eyelashes. Extensions are applied onto the eyelash itself and never come in direct contact with one’s skin.

are applied individually, one by one, 1mm away from the eyelid, never directly on the skin, to your natural eyelashes using a medical-grade formaldehyde-free adhesive. Lash extensions come in different lengths, thicknesses, and curls, results can vary from very subtle and natural to very noticeable and dramatic.
The application process normally takes about 90-120 minutes for a full set of lashes and 60 - 90 minutes for a refill.
It lasts 2-5 weeks on average depending on a number of factors such as aftercare, hair quality, weather, etc.
With proper application, meaning one synthetic eyelash applied to one natural lash the look and feel is completely natural looking and real.
No one will know you have extensions. They will just think you were born with beautiful, long and luxurious lashes
Will the application be harmful to my natural lashes?
Not at all! Our certified technician apply on your own natural eyelashes one by one (without touching the skin) with an specially designed bonding agent developed exclusively for eyelash extensions. This new technique is not harmful to your natural eyelashes. The adhesive dries very soft on lashes allowing flexibility and comfort.

Before coming to iBeautyStudio
Before your appointment make sure you have completed the following:

Remove all eye make up especially MASCARA in order to remove any barrier that may come between your natural lash and the lash adhesive. Removing mascara can be very time-consuming and any residual makeup will prevent proper application of the extensions. Removers used must be OIL-FREE.

Do not apply face creams or sunblock in the eye area. The oil found in many moisturizers prevents eyelash adhesive from bonding to the natural eyelash and reduces the longevity of your eyelash extensions.

Do not CURL your lashes prior to your appointment. Extensions will not adhere to crimped eyelashes.

Since we ask that you avoid water contact for 24 hours after the application, make sure you have completed any daily activities such as showering or working out PRIOR to your appointment.

Please silence your phone while the extensions are being applied. Talking in the treatment room is prohibited as the lash application requires precision. Feel free to listen to your own audio or take a nap and let the lash transformation begin.

Eyelash Extension Aftercare Instruction
Maximize the lifespan of your eyelash extensions by following these important tips as the first 24 hours are crucial for ensuring your eyelash extensions are long lasting.

Avoid breaking down the adhesive bond of your eyelash extensions

Avoid getting your eyelash extensions wet

Avoid hot steam from saunas, showers or Jacuzzis

Do not touch your eyelash extensions excessively
General Maintenance

Do not perm or tint your eyelash extensions

Do not use mechanical or heated curlers on your eyelash extensions

Be gentle with your eyelash extensions - avoid rubbing or touching!

Use oil free makeup remover to clean eyelashes and eye area

Do not use any oil based (waterproof) mascara or makeup - oil will loosen the bond of the adhesive

Never pick or pull at your eyelash extensions
Touch up
After 2-3 weeks you will notice a slight loss of eyelash extensions. This is a natural part of your eyelash growth cycle. Your extensions can be maintained with refill appointment which take less time (45-60 minutes).
If you wish to remove your lashes, this should only be done by a trained professional.
The human eyelash grows between 7mm and 9mm in length, growing for 30 days and resting for 60 days.
After this they start to naturally fall out, and a new growth cycle begins.
Eyelash extensions are a semi-permanent solution to fuller, gorgeous, and sexier lashes.
The permanence is dependent on the client following strict after-care advice at home.
To keep your eyelash extensions looking fresh refill appointments are recommended every 2- 3 week.
So, if you want great looking lashes all the time refills are necessary because,
like your fingernails and the hair on your head,
your individual eyelashes grow out on a continuous cycle of replenishment.
